By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors info@lulus.co.uk before placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and Lulu’s for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.

Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 1 month of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please:

Ensure you enclose the returns note attached to your delivery receipt, which will come with your order, and a copy of your delivery receipt. Please clearly list all items you wish to return to us and mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in to the parcel, ensuring any breakables are correctly packed, attach the returns note and copy of the delivery receipt and send back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta & Maestro. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Our Guarantee To You
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket..

Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are usually despatched to arrive with you within 1-3 working days (Overseas 15 working days). We all know what the post can be like over the busy Christmas period, so please be aware that there may be small delays! In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you when the item is back in stock. Due to stock turnover, please allow 2 weeks for delivery on Lulu Guinness orders. Don't forget that all our orders are beautifully wrapped in our usual Lulu fashion!

For the first time we have had to increase our postage cost ever so slightly as the cost of posting and sending items has increased dramatically. Don't forget that all our goodies are wrapped and beautifully presented in the usual Lulus style and we always try our best to be competative and great value for money with both our products and service.

For all our deliveries a signature may be required.

Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
